James Fischer’s competitiveness and determination for his client’s best outcome singularly equips him for his role as an associate at Wolfe & Wyman. Prior to being an attorney, James ran a consulting business that specialized in operations streamlining and online marketplace optimization. James initially went to law school to provide an additional service to clients. However, after externing in the Tax Appeals Assistance Program, Sales and Use section, where he successfully negotiated settlements and argued at hearings against the California Department of Tax and Fee administration, he developed a passion and skill for advocacy and defending clients.  James now utilizes this passion and expertise in all his work at Wolfe & Wyman.  James has experience in general liability defense, construction defect, personal injury, and premises liability defense.
